By placing your order you have agreed to accept all of our terms and conditions including our cancellation charges during the payment process. All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on our website. As outlined in our privacy policy we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

DRESS CODE During our busier periods, such as special events, holiday periods and Weekends Friday to Saturday, We do not allow any sportswear including but not limited to; jogging bottoms, team shirts, tracksuits, sports shorts. You MAY be asked to leave and refused entry and our non-refundable policy remains valid and you agree to these terms and conditions at the time of ordering.
Please make sure you are happy with your chosen order AND are ordering for the correct Ball Room venue. We will NOT provide any replacement drinks due to any mistakes made whilst placing your order. ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We operate a strict over-18s policy for all alcoholic drinks. You may be required to provide proof of age on arrival of your order. The only ID accepted by The Ball Room is a valid Drivers License or valid Passport. We reserve the right to refuse any other form of Identification. If no satisfactory ID is provided, we may refuse serving your order and the order remains NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Your order will be delivered to the table number that you selected on the drop down menu. If you selected the wrong table this is not our mistake and the whole order will not be exchanged, refunded or re-served.
The Ball Room Sports Bars age restriction vary depending on your chosen venue, please visit our webpage at www.ball-room.co.uk/under18.html. Refunds may not be given if group members are unable to provide valid ID.
